For the first time at E3 2015, Call of Duty appeared at a Sony’s E3 press conference further declaring the gaming publisher has shifted sides. Andrew House, Head of Sony gaming announced today that the next installment, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, and going forward would receive post release support first. Xbox One and Xbox 360 users will still receive the DLC, but at a later date.

“For the first time ever making its worldwide debut, here’s Call of Duty Black Ops III,” said Andrew House, head of Sony’s gaming business.

Last year at E3 2014 Activision was on stage when they revealed that Destiny, Bungie’s newest IP, will receive downloadable content would arrive first for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 owners.
