XCOM 2 landed on PC back in February. So it’s been a brutal wait for us console warriors at the mercy of Firaxis Games. Fortunately, that wait is over.
It’s Time to Reclaim Earth
Firaxis’ received quite the praise earlier this year when XCOM 2 deployed. The turn-based shooter holds a Metascore of 88 currently for its PC edition, so it’s likely you can expect a similar quality outing for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Hopefully there won’t be any issues when people get their hands on the port The Workshop delivers to us today.
To further your hype levels for the game though, 2K Games has issued a new launch trailer today. It’s fully loaded with plenty of aliens to play target practice upon, as the fight to reclaim Earth heats up. “Join Us or Become Them”, the game’s tagline reads. We all know how this one will turn out…
