At Ubisofts E3 conference they gave us a brand new cinematic trailer for Assassins Creed: Syndicate and have a demo available on the show floor.

Moving away from Paris, Syndicate is set in Industrial Revolution-era London, and stars male and female protagonists Jacob and Evie Frye. The trailer followed Jacob on his not-so-stealthy assassination attempt across London, from the back of moving carriages all the way to a good old-fashioned bar fight in a dingy pub. Trains, factories, grappling hooks and squalor make up the theme for Assassins Creed: Syndicate in this Dickensian outing for the Ubisoft development team.

Off stage Ubisoft have debuted their demo for Assassins Creed Syndicate following Jacob on an assassination attempt (again), in order to debut some new features. Most of this comes in the form of environmental features from high speed chases on carriages to using the new rope launcher to traverse the levels, similair to the line launcher from Batman Arkham Asylum. Judging from the PlayStation logo at the start of the demo, we’ll likely see more at the Sony conference later tonight.
