At E3 2015 during the PC Gamer Show, The Coalition’s Rod Ferguson announced that Gears of War: Ultimate Edition would be coming to PC.

On Monday during Microsoft’s E3 2015 press conference was finally revealed. It will priced at 39.99 USD for Xbox One, and PC running at 4K resolution.

At the PC focused conference Phil Spencer, head of gaming at Microsoft, took the stage. After some chatter as a console head, Spencer replied, “There have been times in our past where Microsoft has lost our way with PC gaming.”

Spencer didn’t state if this would be the standard going forward for Xbox exclusives like Halo 5: Guardians, but this the step in the right direction for Microsoft and PC users.
