So Ubisoft’s first unveil of the evening happened to be the sequel to Ubisoft’s Southpark The Stick of Truth, this time however being a super hero based game surrounding the famous foul mouthed kids of Southpark under the clever and funny name, Southpark The Fractured But Whole.

While there have not been many details given at tonight’s show about the actual gameplay of the game, it has been confirmed by both the humorous trailer, and by both Matt Stone & Trey Parker that the game is indeed a sequel to The Stick of Truth.

It’s also been confirmed that Obsidian Entertainment is not the developer of the game and is being developed instead by Ubisoft San Francisco, the developer of Rocksmith. So while it may be a sequel, it is possible the genre of game might be totally different. Who knows.

There is no release date yet, but it is possible the game will ship sometime next year.

We will keep you updated as the news develops.

Anyway, here’s the announcement trailer. Enjoy.
