While we have known for some time that PlayStation VR would come out sometime this fall, it has officially been announced that the release date is October 13th, 2016. PlayStation VR will be the last of the major VR competitors to release but it will be coming out with a bang with 50 playable games. During Sony’s Press Conference they showed off a few of them. Here They Lie looks like a mysterious psychological thriller. Batman: Arkham VR is game that we don’t know too much about, but it could be a repackage of the trilogy or a hole new experience. And Farpoint is a game where you are exploring a planet you believe to be without life, only to discover your not alone.

These are just a few of the games as there is also a Star Wars mission and the new Resident Evil game. PlayStation VR will cost $399 USD for just the headset, and $499 for the bundle with the move controllers and camera.
