Shortly before EA’s press conference, both the Titanfall 2 release date and single player trailer were leaked. Titanfall 2 will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 28th this year. The single player is focused on the relationship between a mech and his new pilot. It also shows some cool monsters and will take us deeper into the world that the previous release couldn’t without a single player component. The single player trailer can be viewed below.

During the conference Respawn also showed a multiplayer trailer. This is really the bread and butter of the Titanfall franchise and features 6 unique mech types and that fluid Titanfall gameplay. Respawn also announced you can sign up for a beta today at The multiplayer trailer can be seen below.

Titanfall 2 will have a lot of competition in the first person shooter genre this fall, as both Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare also occupy the space. Not only that but it is firmly wedged between the two with its release window, only time will tell if it is unique enough to carve out its own niche.
