Gears of War: Ultimate Edition has gone gold. The upgraded Xbox One remake of the original Gears of War is ready to be sent to the presses, and thus, is ready to be downloaded to your Xbox One too.

Microsoft has released a new video to coincide with the milestone – Gears of War: Ultimate Edition‘s opening cinematic sporting that fancy new paint job.

Those that have, or plan to, digitally pre-order the game can pre-download it as of today. Gears of War: Ultimate Edition will then be ready to go when the game launches on August 25th. You can secure the Standard Edition for $39.99, or the Deluxe Edition for $59.99.

The Standard Edition features the “full digital game download, plus pre-order bonus items including the Adam Fenix and Civilian Anya multiplayer skins and Animated Imulsion Weapon Skin for use in multiplayer matches.”

Those instead opting to upgrade to the Deluxe Edition will be getting the “ultimate Gears experience. On top of the Standard Edition items, the Deluxe Edition also includes the Deluxe Weapon Skin Pack featuring 10 different Animated Weapon Skins and 36 standard Weapon Skins, as well as the Civilian Marcus Fenix and Aaron Griffin multiplayer characters.
