I Want To Be Human

Sinclair Strange has released a new trailer, and a rather cheeky poem, for his upcoming platform shooter I Want To Be Human. The new trailer, which can be seen below, is Valentine’s Day themed, and shows off the fast-paced gameplay gamers can expect from the title.

Formerly PC exclusive, publisher Rising Star Games has also taken this opportunity to announce that I Want To Be Human will be coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as well. While a specific date wasn’t given, we do know that the game will release sometime in April 2016.

Check out the new teaser trailer below:

Now that you’ve seen the trailer, we can move on to what you want to see – the poem. We’ve posted the full poem below, and it’s called “Will You Be My Human.”

Roses are red, violets are blue, I’ve amassed a body count, just so I can save you!

I know you’ve been kidnapped and they probably probed you a bit. But don’t worry – I’m hacking through mutants, so we can give Smile Tech the slip.

Sorry for the cheesy card that’s bound to make you sigh, but writing is kinda hard with all this blood in my eye.

Our adventure was once destined only for PC, but Rising Star Games has let us wreak havoc on not one platform, but three!

Maybe I’m still reeling from all the DNA splicing, but @JimmyUrine’s music makes all this killing quite enticing

It may be sad that all this danger is looming, but I guess what I’m trying to ask is…
Will you be my human?

Okay, so clearly Rising Star Games is not Robert Frost, but this is certainly a fun way to market an upcoming game. You’ll be able to take Rising Star Games up on their offer to be their human when I Want To Be Human releases this April on Xbox One, Steam, and PlayStation 4.

Tyler has enjoyed video games, both large and small, ever since he was a child with a Sega Genesis controller in hand. When he isn’t playing through strange retro games like Snoopy’s Silly Sports Spectacular, he can be found meditating under a waterfall to grow his beard or eating pizza. Probably the latter.
