James Harden Is NBA Live 18’s Cover Athlete

Electronic Arts have announced today that James Harden, Houston Rockets shooting guard, will be the cover athlete in NBA Live 18. NBA Live 18 will release for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. A demo will release on August 11th which could make the decision easier for some.

The Beard Covers NBA Live

During the offseason, Harden was the runner up for the 2016 – 2017 MVP award at the NBA Awards when he averaged 29 points, and 11 assists that season.

Harden is now the final member of the former Oklahoma City Thunder trio to become cover athlete for EA’s NBA Live series. Russell Westbrook was the cover athlete for NBA Live 15, and for the mobile app version. Kevin Durant was featured for NBA Elite 11, but the game was canceled shortly after it was delayed in September.

The demo will include, “The One,” which lets you create a character and customize him to your playstyle on the court. Your character will transfer over to the full retail version of the game. Our impressions are currently embargoed until the 11th when the demo releases. here is the full cover featuring James Harden.
