Microsoft is back with its monthly offering of included games with your Xbox Live Gold subscription. June is another solid outing for the program, with an assortment of AAA offerings.
“June’s Lineup Provides Over $94 Dollars in Value and Up to 4000 Gamerscore.”
The new trailer proclaiming the freebies dropped earlier today. The Xbox 360 is still continuing on, and strong this month. As usual, 360 games are playable on Xbox One via the system’s backwards compatibility feature. Said games this month are Assassin’s Creed III (84 Metascore) and Dragon Age: Origins (86 Metascore).
On the Xbox One side of things the month starts with Speedrunners. It previously released on PC where it earned a 84 average Metascore. It’s surmised as a “cut-throat multiplayer running game that pits 4 players against each other, locally and/or online. Run, jump, swing around, and use devious weapons and pick-ups to knock opponents off-screen! One of the most competitive games you’ll ever play.”
Following that, we’ll get Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs in the latter portion of the month. Watch Dogs is actually the least favorably reviewed title of the month. It earned a 78 on Xbox One back during 2014’s release. Folks who have been hesitating on entering the series have no excuse to do so now.
Here’s the trailer detailing all the new games just below. Don’t forget to login and earn your freebies throughout the month.
