We’re less than a week away from the coming insanity that is E3 2015, and like many others, Capcom has begun to show its hand. Today, the publisher has announced the existence of Mega Man Legacy Collection, and confirmed their plans for it to be at E3 next week.

Mega Man Legacy Collection is being developed by Digital Eclipse and will include remakes of the original 8-bit style Mega Man titles. Confirmed for inclusion are Mega Man entries 1 through 6, which will feature “8-bit style HD flair!”

To bolster the product, Digital Eclipse is also promising new features in the package. A Challenge Mode is being implemented, as well as the ability to record replays and compete against online leaderboards. A “massive museum” is also being included which will host original materials such as designer sketches and official art.

Growing up a 90's kid, Jeff found his love for gaming during Nintendo's heyday. Because of that, you could call him a "Nintendo Fanboy" (albeit a rational one) to this day. Outside of his passion for the gaming industry, he’s also an avid sports enthusiast (New York Giants and Philadelphia Phillies mainly) and enjoys quality/popular TV shows and movies.
