According to Microsoft and Oculus VR, the block-like world of Minecraft that we’ve come to know and love will be coming to the Oculus Rift spring of 2016, which is around the time when the Oculus Rift is in line for launch.

The Windows 10 version of Minecraft will be compatible, which unfortunately hasn’t had the finest launch as of yet. It’s definitely spiked interest amid gamers, due to the fact that Microsoft has stated that the game will have its own headset (the Microsoft HoloLens). This will be achieved via the HoloLens by generating the entire world of Minecraft from the ground up.

This is exciting for fans of the Minecraft franchise and we’re all hoping to gather more information soon.
