Pillars of Eternity is coming to consoles, following role-playing games from developer Paradox like Torment and Divinity. It’ll be out for PS4 and Xbox One on August 29.
I saw a demo during E3 2017 of Pillars of Eternity in action, and the Paradox is definitely making this version more console friendly in mind. This means menus have bigger text, a brand new user interface and “real-time-with-pause” combat.

The console version runs on the Unity engine similar to Torment.
