Great news horror game fans (well, video game fans in general). It’s been announced that Resident Evil 4 will be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on August 30.

It’s worth mentioning that the game will have all the bonus goodies from the original 2005 game, as well as features that were added in later versions. (PS2 version HYPE). This includes the New Game plus option, Mercenaries mode, and Ada Wong’s side story.

Resident Evil 4 will cost $20 when it’s released. Capcom’s no stranger to releasing the Resident Evil games on current gen consoles. The company re-released Resident Evil 5 in June and Resident Evil 6 in March. They’ve also released newer versions of both the original and Resident Evil 0 as well.

This is all great marketing and it’s definitely getting people excited for Resident Evil 7. Capcom officially announced Resident Evil 7 during it’s E3 2016 press conference for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It’ll be available on January 24, 2017 (but you can go and play the demo now!).

So go, and replay one of the best games of all time … again.
