Rocket League - Xbox One

Yes, yes and yes. One of the many announcement to come out of last night’s 2nd annual Video Game Awards was that developer Psyonix is (finally) bringing Rocket League to Xbox One. And it’s headed to the system much sooner than one might think.

At a price point of $19.99, Rocket League will be flying to the Xbox One in February 2016. The Xbox One version will feature the 3 previously released DLC packs, which essentially includes everything except for the Back to the Future DeLorean get up.

The title will not cross-platform play, unfortunately. This is feature that Psyonix was quite proud of on the PlayStation 4 and PC. Xbox One players will have to forgo that feature and play amongst themselves. The reveal trailer is just below, if we get any further updates on Rocket League for Xbox One we’ll send them your way.

Growing up a 90's kid, Jeff found his love for gaming during Nintendo's heyday. Because of that, you could call him a "Nintendo Fanboy" (albeit a rational one) to this day. Outside of his passion for the gaming industry, he’s also an avid sports enthusiast (New York Giants and Philadelphia Phillies mainly) and enjoys quality/popular TV shows and movies.
