Uncharted 4: A Thief's End

A few weeks back, Sony capped off their E3 presser by revealing all new gameplay footage for their 2016 goliath, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. There may have been a few hiccups at first, but after ironing out the kinks, the roughly seven and a half-minute demo impressed.

At E3, we witnessed part of “the ultimate chase sequence [in which] Drake and Sully race to help Drake’s brother, Sam evade Shoreline mercenaries”. The footage concluded rather abruptly, seeing Drake about to smash into a wooden barrier while dangling from a rope mid chase. Select members of the media were permitted behind doors access to see what came next for Drake – Now we can too, as Sony published the remainder of the demo late yesterday for Uncharted 4.

In an effort not to spoil, we won’t go into a synopsis of the remaining footage, but you can rest assured fans are coming away impressed. The E3 demonstration seems to have cut off right at the half way mark of the entire endeavor, so there’s an additional seven and a half minutes of Uncharted 4 magnificence waiting below.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is hitting PlayStation 4s sometime next year.

Growing up a 90's kid, Jeff found his love for gaming during Nintendo's heyday. Because of that, you could call him a "Nintendo Fanboy" (albeit a rational one) to this day. Outside of his passion for the gaming industry, he’s also an avid sports enthusiast (New York Giants and Philadelphia Phillies mainly) and enjoys quality/popular TV shows and movies.
