LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens

While EA is busy announcing new Star Wars titles to celebrate May the 4th, Warner Bros. is just solidifying why their title is more than worthy of your time. The publisher released a new trailer today for LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens that shows what new adventures are in store for us. And it’s quite plentiful.

While the game will follow the overall plot of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, it is also coming with 6 missions within the game that add to the overall story; Rathtar Hunting, Lor San Tekka’s Return, Poe to the Rescue, Crimson Corsair, Trouble Over Taul and Ottegan Assault. Each of the new missions within LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens will include not just audio from the film, but newly recorded voice work specifically for the game as well. Be on the lookout for Han demanding “Wookie Cookies” for the Falcon and Admiral Ackbar shouting to Poe Dameron that “this had better not be a trap!”

You can catch the new trailer just below. LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits PlayStation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on June 28th. May the Fourth be with you all…

Growing up a 90's kid, Jeff found his love for gaming during Nintendo's heyday. Because of that, you could call him a "Nintendo Fanboy" (albeit a rational one) to this day. Outside of his passion for the gaming industry, he’s also an avid sports enthusiast (New York Giants and Philadelphia Phillies mainly) and enjoys quality/popular TV shows and movies.
