Steam have announced that Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD will be taken down from the Steam store next week. But not before a final send off in the form of an 80% discount. The discounted price in the US is currently $1.99, although the DLC is still priced at $4.99. Players will have until Monday the 17th to grab themselves the bargain before it’s removed completely.

Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD is a remaster of the best bits from the first 2 Tony Hawk games, along with some modern amenities thrown in. Fans looking to bag themselves some of that nostalgic goodness will be treated to unforgettable levels like Hanger, Warehouse and Marsielle – all while bobbing their heads to signature tracks such as Anthrax and Public Enemy’s ‘Bring the Noise’.

Despite all of the nostalgic content, the game received mostly mixed reviews at launch. This was partially due to the remastered gameplay not feeling quite as smooth as Neversofts original games. But either way, there is definitely still some childhood memories to be relived here, and with a price point of $1.99 it’s hard to feel like you’re over paying.
